Lena Salameh
Lena Salameh is a native of St. Louis and is a graduate of Eureka High School. Lena earned her Law degree from St. Louis University and her Bachelor’s degree from Maryville University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
While Lena was in law school, she started working at Mid-America Law Practice, LLC as an intern and joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2019. As a law student, she has volunteered her time with the Migrant and Immigrant Community Action Project (MICA), the Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry (CLAM) and has worked with Raices and American Gateways in helping detained and non-detained immigrants in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, during law school, she worked internationally to promote human rights at non-profit organizations, including Reprieve in London, England, and Al-Haq in Palestine.
She is fluent in Arabic and has a working proficiency in Spanish. With her time off, she enjoys spending time with her large Palestinian-American family, learning new languages, traveling, and volunteering with various non-profit organizations.
