Azra Ahmad attorney

Azra Ahmad holds the degree of Juris Doctor (JD) from St. Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, MO; Masters of Science (MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Before becoming an attorney, she practiced as a Speech/Language Pathologist, providing therapy services to children and senior citizens.

She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, WealthCounsel, and ElderCounsel. Although Azra was born and raised in New York, she feels like a native St. Louisan as she has lived in St. Louis for over 20 years with her husband and has raised her three children in the West County area. Azra serves as a board member of the St. Louis County Human Relations Commission, Muslims for a Better America (a non-profit that encourages civic engagement & voter participation), and also served on the board for many years of the Center for Hearing and Speech in St. Louis.

She also actively participates in various interfaith activities, including Jewish-Muslim Day of Service and Sisters of Salam-Shalom. She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, hiking the many beautiful trails in the greater St. Louis area, and at times, binge-watching the trendiest shows on Netflix.
